Welcome to Fliizo — India’s first open retail marketplace where manufacturers and wholesalers supply genuine products directly, and Fliizo manages retail sales under its own brand.
By registering as a seller on Fliizo, you agree to the following policies, which ensure transparency, fairness, and trust between sellers, Fliizo, and customers.
2. Who Can Become a Seller
To sell on Fliizo, you must:
Be a manufacturer, wholesaler, or authorized distributor.
Provide genuine and original products at your factory or wholesale price.
Agree that Fliizo will handle retail pricing, marketing, and customer sales.
3. How Fliizo Works
You supply products at your wholesale/factory price.
You ship directly to customers after receiving confirmed orders from Fliizo.
Fliizo manages retail pricing, payments, and marketing.
Fliizo does not charge any commission or monthly fee.
Fliizo never holds inventory — all products remain under seller ownership until shipped.
4. Product Listing & Approval
Sellers must share accurate product details (images, descriptions, specifications, prices).
Fliizo reserves the right to review, edit, or reject listings that do not meet quality or content standards.
All products listed must be new, genuine, and ready to ship.
Duplicate or misleading listings are strictly prohibited.
5. Pricing Policy
Sellers provide products at their wholesale/factory price.
Fliizo decides the retail price at which the product is shown and sold on the marketplace.
6. Order Processing
Once a customer places an order, Fliizo forwards it to the respective seller.
The seller must confirm and ship the order within the given dispatch time.
Tracking details must be updated accurately after shipping.
Delayed or unfulfilled orders may lead to temporary suspension.
7. Payment Terms
Payments for confirmed and delivered orders are transferred directly to sellers within the agreed timeline.
Payments are based on the wholesale/factory price shared by the seller during registration.
Fliizo does not deduct any commission, but bank transfer charges (if any) may apply.
8. Returns & Replacement
Sellers must honor return or replacement requests if the product is:
Defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Not as described on the listing.
Fliizo may mediate disputes to ensure fair resolution between buyer and seller.
9. Prohibited Products
Sellers are not allowed to list:
Counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
Items that violate copyrights, trademarks, or brand rights.
Expired, unsafe, or unverified products.
Violating this clause may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from Fliizo.
10. Communication & Conduct
Sellers must maintain professional communication with Fliizo’s support team.
Direct communication with customers outside the Fliizo platform is not permitted.
Misuse of customer data is strictly prohibited.
11. Policy Updates
Fliizo reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time. Sellers will be notified of major updates via email or dashboard notice.
12. Agreement
By registering as a seller on Fliizo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Seller Policy.
